Petition seeks election over proposed justice center

New Braunfels attorney Glen Peterson and his supporters delivered a petition with more than 6,000 signatures Monday to the Comal County Clerk's office to force an election in May in order to give taxpayers a say in the expenditure of $36 million for a proposed justice center in New Braunfels.
